Black Holes In My Head

Here's another one from the New Wave Theory Dept. I'm sure all of you have heard of the Big Bang Theory. This theory postulates that the universe was created in an enormous bang that is shooting matter outward. This expanding universe idea has been a staple idea in popular science and has been recently backed by some physical evidence. Another classic theory, as hypothesized by Einstein in his Theory of Relativity, was the existence of black holes or anti-matter, which sucks in everything, including light.

Many people seem to agree that the Big Bang theory is a plausible theory as to the origins of the universe. Another theory gaining popularity is the expanding-contracting theory. Just as the universe is expanding now, it will also contract on itself, starting the whole process over or, in essence, the Big Bang again. Here's where my theory fits in. If black holes truly do suck in matter, does this process ever stop? Theoretically, a black hole would continually suck in matter around it, never stopping. Suppose there are three or four major black holes operating within our universe. Over time (lots of time) these black holes would suck in all the matter that existed, including themselves. The largest would consume the others and eventually consume itself. Assuming the black hole was plume shaped, all the matter in the universe would concentrate at the bottom and literally explode out the other side, beginning the next universe. This would explain the expanding-contracting theory in very simplistic terms. As the universe expands after blowing outward from the final black hole, the matter that has coalesced to form the new stars would begin to age as they are now. A star, like the sun, is a constant reactor feeding of itself, and the byproduct is their incredible light. As these stars age they consume all their energy and explode in a supernova (not the Costa Mesa pop band!) They then begin the process of implosion which results in a white dwarf on its way to becoming a black hole. So the older the universe gets the more black holes it would have as more stars would have consumed their energy and exploded. These black holes would suck in all the matter around them and begin the process again. Once again, this is a very simple, non-scientist theory but it makes sense to me. If anyone has a conflicting theory or completely disagrees please write so we can discuss it.
